Organic potato flakes without additives

Organic potato flakes without additives are made of good quality, Finnish, organic GMO-free grown potatoes. The organic grown potatoes are boiled, mashed and dried on drums to form flakes.

APPLICATIONS IN BAKERY INDUSTRY:
One of the main applications for potato flakes is in the bakery industry to enchance freshness and shelf life of bread by stabilizing the bread humidity. By using organic potato flakes in bread manufacturing the use of other additives can be avoided (stabilizers and preservatives) and the bread will have a more "attractive" ingredients list.
